Enrollment and Eligibility files which allows members to sign up for the health plan and the account at the same time. The health plan electronic sends HealthEquity the enrollment information and the account is automatically established….it is that simple.

Adjudicated Claim files which allows members to see their health plan claim, understand how much they owe, then paid their responsibility via the web site directly to the provider from their CDH account or from an external checking or savings account.
