Integration means different things to different people. At HealthEquity, integration means making it simple and easy to enroll in a CDH plan and linking the CDH account with the claims from the health plan so accountholders can “connect the dots” when it comes to using their CDH plan.

Enrollment and Eligibility files which allow members to sign up for the health plan and the account at the same time. The health plan will electronically send HealthEquity the enrollment information and the account is automatically established….it is that simple.

Adjudicated Claim files which allow members to see their health plan claim, understand how much they owe, then pay their responsibility via the website directly to the provider from their CDH account or from an external checking or savings account.
