We’re passionate about taking care of the communities we live in. That’s why full-time team members are given two days of additional paid time off to serve established 501c3 organizations in their area. This year, 621 team members have volunteered over a total of 3,089 VTO hours at Purple with Purpose sponsored events.

Paid Family Leave
Full-time birthing mothers enjoy 6 weeks of paid maternity medical leave and both parents enjoy 6 weeks of paid parental leave (in addition to applicable FMLA, ADA, and other leaves).
Gym and Fitness Reimbursement
To help team members develop healthy habits and stay active, we offer up to $240 annually of “Movement Money” for gym and fitness reimbursements.
Competitive HSA-qualified health plans cover 100% of preventative care and include a generous HSA seed and contribution matching.
Holidays and paid time off
Full-time exempt team members enjoy our uncapped vacation policy plus up to 80 hours of paid sick leave each year. Non-exempt team members enjoy a minimum of 18 days of annual PTO. Additionally, team members receive 13 paid holidays per year.
HealthEquity offers up to $5,000 in tuition reimbursement to eligible team members for their continuing education.
In an effort to encourage team members and their families to live a healthy lifestyle, all regular HealthEquity team members may earn up to $500 annually by completing activities in our wellness program.
