Covid-19 Vaccination Guidance:
As an organization that does substantial business with the Federal government (i.e., a "Federal contractor"), HealthEquity, Inc. previously announced its plan to comply with President Biden’s Federal Contractor COVID-19 vaccine mandate, requiring its employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the Federally-set deadline, unless they were legally entitled to an exemption. On December 7, 2021, a federal district court in Georgia issued a temporary injunction staying the Federal contractor vaccine mandate nationwide. HealthEquity will follow the law, including this Court order. This means that unless (and until) the nationwide order is overturned or superseded, HealthEquity team members (employees) will not be required to get vaccinated and provide vaccine documentation or obtain a legal exemption as a condition of employment.
